• Develop end to end delivery plan in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Software, System Integration vendors) and drive execution of the plan.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including bank executives, department heads, and vendor representatives. Ensure regular communication and manage expectations effectively.
• Coordinate with Software and System Integration vendors to ensure that their products and services align with project objectives and timelines. Manage contractual agreements and service level expectations.
• Track overall progress and make adjustments as needed to keep the delivery on track.
• Identify risks and issues, surface them to the program leadership, and work with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigation actions.
• Regularly update key stakeholders on the progress, risks, issues, etc.
Qualification
• 10+ years' relevant experience managing implementation for any IT Banking projects.
• Must have experience in delivering large scale implementations for Branch Teller Systems (preferred) or large-scale implementations of branch banking systems.
• Must have experience in the Philippines market or Asia.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
