Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic IT leader to spearhead the enhancement of our IT systems, focusing on Procurement, to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our OneIT functions.
Responsibilities
1. Developing site Information Architecture plan, implementing governance procedures, access control policies/plans, and information barrier solutions for OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
2. Architecting high-quality solutions to meet functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements and providing strategic recommendations for growth.
3. Owning tasks associated with both new and ongoing SharePoint needs and implementations.
4. Mentoring and directing IT teams regarding design and strategy of SharePoint Online services.
5. Leading efforts in troubleshooting, remediating, and optimizing any SharePoint issues, while providing strategic recommendations.
6. Developing and documenting processes and procedures for SharePoint.
7. Designing and managing all aspects of environment, site templates, group management, Azure Active Directory identity.
8. Identifying security risks to our SharePoint environment and services providing mitigations.
9. Helping with designs, documents, and maintaining system security policies and procedures as well as monitoring compliance of systems, SharePoint, and Azure AD environments.
10. Coordinating with IT Project Managers on technical projects and implementations based on requirements, tasks, and project timelines.
11. Planning and managing the technical implementation of necessary technical solutions.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field.
* 8+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience with Office/M365 platform technologies such as: SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
* 8+ years of experience migrating SharePoint On-Prem products to Online is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge on the different SharePoint products, from On-premises to Online, and surrounding applications that can be uplifted (Flow, Power Automate, Nintex).
* Knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD, and other Office 365 products.
* Possess excellent working knowledge of authentication mechanisms, such as Azure AD, and Azure AD Connect.
* Extensive experience with PowerShell in Production environments.
* Expertise in coordination and escalation to Microsoft support and ability to coordinate with first- and third-party software vendors as needed for resolution of business-impacting problems.
