About the job
The Business Revenue Account Manager is responsible for guaranteeing and performing daily controls and monitoring the billing activity, invoicing process across markets, while ensuring all the necessary procedures are created within the deadline.
Your Main Activities Are
1. Ensure all the controls are documented and signed, including all 4 eyes checks for monthly tasks, setups and changes, and inputs in xPACT.
2. Ensure all the documents/answers to ORC/OPC are provided in the respective deadlines.
3. Guarantee incidents are logged within the defined deadline after detection and follow-up on the incidents on time.
4. Help prepare internal and external audit files.
5. Propose/create innovative processes with practical application that will allow better performance (time reduction, efficiency on the task, less error rate).
6. Contribute to SWITCH project with WIN applications.
7. Ensure deadlines are accomplished: follow-up of queries, setup creation and validation, invoice and reports sending.
8. Keep the Team Leader informed of all delays or issues in production.
9. Decrease the number of claims.
10. Manage generic email box and phones: always reply to the emails within the defined deadline, providing regular feedback on pending matters whenever necessary.
11. Share knowledge with other team members and help the team whenever necessary.
12. Follow the Team Leader recommendations, referring all relevant matters.
13. Support the Transformation team and ensure all the documentation/files requested are delivered on time and accurately to improve the Business Revenue Transformation Program.
14. Actively support and implement the TOM strategy.
Profile and Skills to Success
1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Management.
2. Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations or Accounting and Finance.
3. Fluent (C1-C2) level of English.
4. Ability to collaborate/teamwork.
5. Attention to detail/rigor.
6. Skills in Office pack (namely in Excel).
