Job Title: Supplier Claims Technician (Logistics)

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage claims related to supplier deliveries, ensuring timely and effective resolution;
* Establish direct communication with suppliers to align on corrective and preventive actions;
* Monitor supplier performance with a focus on quality and on-time delivery;
* Maintain updated records and reports on incidents and resolution statuses;
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as Production and Quality, to ensure efficient logistics processes;
* Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align expectations and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in logistics, claims management, or similar roles within the automotive industry;
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written), essential for international supplier communication;
* Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
* Knowledge of claims management tools or ERP systems is a plus (e.g., SAP);
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
