Are you ready to make an impact? As an IT Quality Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of driving digital transformation and ensuring excellence in our products. What you will do:
1. Lead IT Quality Management and Compliance: Drive IT Quality Management principles and ensure alignment with the IT Strategy and global quality standards.
2. Develop and Monitor Quality Processes: Define, evaluate, improve, and oversee methods, guidelines, tools, and adherence to quality standards.
3. Audit and Compliance Support: Prepare, execute, and follow up on internal and external audits, summarize findings, and recommend improvements.
4. Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate across teams to promote efficiency, lean activities, and a quality-first mindset.
5. Maintain Industry Best Practices: Keep processes up to date with recognized IT Quality practices, ensuring relevance and value for products and services.
6. Support Project Quality: Contribute to the setup, execution, and closure of IT projects, ensuring quality requirements are met.
7. Manage Non-conformities and Metrics: Oversee tracking and resolution of non-conformities while monitoring and reporting key quality metrics.
8. Deliver Quality Training: Manage training and communication materials to embed Quality Management System principles effectively.
Who you are:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT service or project management environment, with a strong focus on implementing and maintaining quality practices.
Proficient in CMMI Best Practices, GAMP5, computer systems validation, and familiar with industry standards like ISO 27001, ISO 9001, GMP, and MDR, with experience in SAP Signavio (plus) and GMS Canea (plus).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset, coupled with the ability to work effectively as a team player.
Available to Travel.
