We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand and Social Media Manager to enhance our client's brand identity and elevate its digital presence. Based in Lisbon, this role combines expertise in branding, storytelling, and social media management to position
Principais responsabilidades
Brand Strategy:
Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that aligns vision and values across all projects and platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, events, and campaigns.
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a multi-market, multi-channel social media strategy for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Refine platform-specific strategies to ensure alignment with brand's identity and business objectives.
Content Creation & Curation:
Design, write, and produce high-quality content tailored to each platform, showcasing Company's properties, initiatives, and projects.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent and visually engaging posts.
Craft storytelling content that highlightscompany's expertise in high-end real estate and destination making.
Community Engagement:
Foster relationships with followers and key influencers through timely and meaningful interactions.
Monitor comments, direct messages, and trends to inform ongoing strategy.
Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize engagement.
Provide regular insights and reports to the leadership team.
Perfil desejado
Proven experience managing both brand and social media for premium or luxury brands.
Expertise in platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Strong content creation skills, including writing, visual storytelling, and brand development.
Proficiency in English (Portuguese and/or French is a plus).
Data-driven mindset with a passion for building communities and creating impact.
A keen eye for design and experience working with creative teams.
Familiarity with branding principles and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
