Key Accountabilities & Activities
Maintenance & Facility Management
1. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and organize/develop safe working processes and procedures.
2. Plan and execute 3 years Maintenance Budget for equipment and facilities.
3. Cost control and Expense management.
4. External contractor management.
5. Total preventive Maintenance (TPM) system/tools set up and manage.
6. Spare parts stock control management.
7. Follow up the Maintenance KPIs (MTTR; MTBF) and follow up action plan to correct/improve it.
8. Land and Building maintenance and upgrading projects.
Project Management
1. Project management including cost saving, technology upgrade, waste reduction.
2. Plan and lead regular review on progress of projects, downtime.
3. Deployment of maintenance continuous development projects, such as down-time/OEE improvement, machine utilization.
4. Plant layout improvements of machines and installing equipment from interco transfers.
Execution
1. Maintain preventive maintenance system and execution rate of the plant.
2. Provide support, resources and guidance to maintenance team.
3. Plan and execute the shutdown plans.
4. Supervise and organize reaction on maintenance job, such as breakdowns, big repair.
5. Implement CO2 reduction action plan.
6. Implement processes and strategies to reduce energy, water, gas consumption.
7. Perform root causes analyses (5Why) to resolve reoccurring breakdown.
Coordination
1. Coordinate with other functions about safety improvement, down-time improvement activity, layout changes.
2. Implement Kaizen improvements.
Team Management
1. Train technicians on Maintenance skills.
2. Foster a climate of teamwork and motivation within the team.
3. Ensure the deployment of the Astemo communication to the team.
