Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesNoesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to manage requirements aligned with client goals.Create and manage user stories, focusing on improving HR digital processes.Support development teams in Agile ceremonies.Monitor SuccessFactors modules, identifying improvements and enhancing efficiency.Facilitate communication between technical and business teams.Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.Support service transition and closure, ensuring knowledge transfer.RequirementsDegree in Management Information Systems or similar.Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst (preferably in projects related to Human Resources processes).Solid and practical knowledge of the SuccessFactors system.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira and Confluence).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Certification as an Agile Business Analyst or equivalent will be valued.Fluency in English.If you meet these conditions and would like to join an innovative organization that continuously invests in training its talents, send us your application.
