The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management and demonstrate the ability to lead projects in complex environments.
This role demands a strong business acumen focusing on project execution, budget tracking, investment management, risk management, and overall program management for Visteon plants where BMW projects will be industrialized.Key Responsibilities:Program Management: Lead and manage the industrialization of BMW projects at Visteon plants, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.Project Execution: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.Budget and Investment Management: Track and manage project budgets, investments, and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective project execution.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and quality.Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including BMW representatives, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve industrialization processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Qualification, Experience and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and project management, preferably within the automotive industry.Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading complex projects.Excellent business acumen with a focus on project execution and financial management.Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies.Strong technical background in electronics manufacturing processes and technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in project management software and tools
