ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support our European intensive growth, the transformation department works on the redesign and digitization of operational finance and administration processes, and as part of this project the Group has decided to build a Shared Service Center based in Porto.
In this context, we are seeking for a Project management officer to join our team. This person will be responsible for centralizing and coordinating the activities related to the Shared Service Center and the transformation program, providing a cross-functional follow-up of the overall projects of our department. The PMO is a facilitator who works hand in hand with a wide range of stakeholders: our lean transformation experts, group process owners, CFOs, SSC employees, he/she is the privileged point of contact for any question raised about and across the organization.
This role requires a strong blend of project management knowledge, organizational skills and relationship building.
Funções a Desempenhar
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Logistical and methodological support for the animation of transformation communities,
- Develop and maintain templates to support project planning, execution, and monitoring,
- Share effective project management practices and standards across our organization,
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure projects stay on track,
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, performance, and key milestones,
- Referent for the application of Program Documentation standards (desktop procedure, procedure, …),
- Coach, mentor, and support project managers and teams in applying project management best practices and methodologies,
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices, processes, and outcomes,
Requisitos Necessários
Profile :
- Fluent in French and good level of English,
- Master's degree in business, project management, or related field with 3 years of experience in project management,
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a complex organizational environment,
- Experience in developing and implementing project management tools, templates.
