We are seeking an experienced Communications and Admissions Officer to join our team.
This role is pivotal in shaping the school's internal and external communications and ensuring a seamless admissions process for prospective families.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate and disseminate communications across departments to align with the school's goals.Create newsletters, bulletins, and announcements for staff, students, and parents.Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials and social media content.Organise and promote Open Days, parent engagement events, and community activities.Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, addressing inquiries promptly.Plan and execute marketing and admissions events, such as school tours and orientations.Support prospective parents by providing school information and scheduling tours.Process admissions documentation and coordinate onboarding with relevant departments.Prepare welcome materials and orientation programs for new families.Maintain communication with existing parents, organising engagement activities and feedback sessions.Manage the re-enrollment process to ensure retention and satisfaction.Maintain accurate student and family records using the school's database (e.g., iSAMS or equivalent CRM tools).Provide administrative support for events, including logistics and budget management.Respond to email, telephone, and voicemail inquiries within 24 hours.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a school or customer service environment.Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with iSAMS is a plus.Bilingual, English and Portuguese.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with sensitivity and diplomacy.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Customer service excellence, with a track record of fostering client loyalty.Collaborative mindset, capable of mentoring and working within a team.Technological proficiency in managing digital platforms and tools.A passion for education, innovation, and technology.SAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
