We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented experienced HR professional to play a crucial role in supporting all IEFP internships programs matters.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Preparing new employee files
2. Orienting new employees to the firm
3. Acting as point of contact with IEFP regarding internship programs
4. Monitoring internship programs
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:
1. A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably with a specific focus on HR;
2. Proven experience as an HR Professional, working with IEFP internships program;
3. Knowledge of Portuguese Labor Law;
4. Excellent interpersonal skills;
5. A thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required;
6. Fluency in English.
