About the Opportunity:
The Salsify Business Systems team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to enhance, manage, and optimize our Salesforce.com instance and broader business systems ecosystem. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving real business problems through systems, collaborating across teams, and building solutions that scale.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team of administrators, developers, and analysts who work closely together to support Salsify’s go-to-market and customer teams. As a member of the team, you’ll work across functions and technologies to deliver impact every day in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
* Be a key contributor in the design, customization, and automation of Salsify’s Salesforce instance.
* Implement, integrate, and support our broader tech stack—including Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Experience Sites (Customer and Partner Portals), CPQ, Gainsight, Kimble, and more.
* Improve and streamline processes by leveraging Salesforce tools like Flow and other automation platforms.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business requirements, develop scalable solutions, and lead user acceptance testing and deployment.
* Partner with teams including Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure systems align with business needs.
* Help maintain the accuracy and quality of key company data for reporting and dashboards.
* Manage user access across systems, including provisioning licenses and permissions.
* Ensure data security and integrity within and across platforms.
You’ll Enjoy This Job If You Have:
* 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
* 2+ years in a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role—gathering requirements, writing user stories, working with stakeholders, and managing projects.
* A Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred but not required).
* Sales or Service Cloud experience.
* Experience or interest in systems like CPQ, Gainsight, Kimble, or other tools in the Salesforce ecosystem.
* A strong ability to engage business partners, translate needs into technical solutions, and communicate clearly.
* High attention to detail, with a focus on validating and testing your work thoroughly.
* A willingness to learn new systems and dive into unfamiliar territory.
* A track record of strong time and project management.
* A process- and data-driven mindset with an eye for operational improvement.
* Familiarity with sales and customer-facing processes (ideally in a B2B context).
* A team-first approach and the ability to collaborate and problem-solve across departments and levels.
