Assistant Marketing Manager (EU) - Based in Hong Kong
Purpose of Position
* CASETiFY is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and passionate Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented. Must be a self-starter and team player with the ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiencies, scalability and effectiveness. You have a proven track record of prospecting, negotiating and closing partnerships to support and fulfil the strategic objectives.
* This is to support the rapid expansion of the European markets. With the ambitious target that we would like to achieve in our online business and the increase of brand exposure in Europe (Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland), it is essential to support the research and execution of various marketing and business development campaigns.
Job Description
* Responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities for European regions (particularly Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland), including but not limited to paid and organic digital channels, Influencer marketing, Email Marketing, CRM & PR.
* Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics.
* Lead 360 marketing campaigns including offline events.
* Manage local performance marketing - SEM / Display / Social Ad / KOL etc.
* Create innovative and localized marketing campaigns according to global marketing directions.
* Manage local KOL agency for creating Influencer campaigns.
* Develop marketing metrics, goals, and KPIs to measure and track business results.
* Track weekly/monthly/quarterly channel KPI targets to manage budget and resources effectively.
Requirement
* Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
* 5+ years experience in marketing or related field.
* Proficient in one of the European languages with great writing etiquette, must speak English (business level).
* Strategic problem-solving skills, using creative thinking to achieve targets.
* Strong planning, analytical, creative, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Extensive knowledge of European market trends (particularly Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Belgium, Poland) and interest in pop culture or prior experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.
