Who You Are Our People & Culture team is looking for a highly driven IT Technical Recruiter to support our end-to-end recruitment cycle and sourcing efforts.
You will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and People, have a significant amount of experience in the IT space, and poses enough knowledge to converse with, assess, source, head hunt and screen potential candidates effectively.
This position is a remote role.
? What You Will Do - Develops sourcing strategies through market research and platforms like LinkedIn to identify potential candidates.
- Continuously attracts top candidates using various sourcing methods and platforms.
- Manages the full recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Works with the recruiting team to implement hiring strategies for multiple roles.
- Engages passive candidates through networking and referrals.
- Builds talent pipelines and executes sourcing campaigns, events, and referrals.
- Creates a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Screens candidates for technical and cultural fit while promoting the company's value.
- Stays up-to-date with tech industry trends and targets relevant companies and communities.
- Facilitates interviews, tracks performance metrics, and leads the offer process.
Qualifications - 2-4 years of recruitment experience.
- Ability to conduct technical interviews (Cybersecurity, MSP, IaaS, etc.).
- Experience recruiting for various technical roles globally.
- Lead recruitment, screening, and presentation of qualified candidates.
- Familiar with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Proficient in full-cycle recruiting and using diverse interview methods.
- Experience implementing talent acquisition processes in fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and business needs.
- Consistently exceeded goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, and candidate diversity.
- Skilled in market research, cold-calling, and clear communication of findings.
- Experience managing the candidate lifecycle is a plus.
- Success in identifying new candidate sources and pools.
