We are looking for dynamic people, who speak French, English and Portuguese for a customer service role in a Portuguese technology company. You will have the opportunity to work with different markets and have a dynamic day-to-day life characterized by a multiplicity of functions of the greatest importance at the HQ level.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Investigate case details to determine the root cause of issues;
2. Learn and master multiple applications and resources including contact management systems and knowledge bases:
3. Communicate quickly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders;
4. Triage and escalate urgent issues in order to drive them to resolution;
5. Complete thorough documentation and notation on customer contacts and trends;
6. Provide feedback to management teams regarding processes and trends.
Work schedule: 40 hours per week, with shifts rotating between 8 am and 8 pm from Monday to Sunday
What qualifications should you have?
7. Fluent in oral and written French, Portuguese and English;
8. Experience in customer service (preferential);
9. Has empathy – the candidate has a deep understanding of the user experience and the ability to resolve customer support requests in thoughtful and creative ways;
10. Available to work on site in Lisbon in rotating shifts between 8am and 8pm.
