Principais Responsabilidades
* Manage and coordinate Product Launches;
* Manage and coordinate Technology Transfers (TT), including gap analysis execution of MA dossiers;
* Knowledge of project management principles;
* Prepare and interpret project KPI’s;
* Lead the switch-over from launch to the first year market/routine batches;
* Coordinate product improvement/optimization projects (change of manufacturing process, manufacturing equipment);
* Coordinate activities related with the implementation of alternative API sources;
* Support contract negotiations and management, including successful execution of contracts;
* Liaise with Legal, Regulatory, Finance, IT, Quality, QC, Production, Logistics and other relevant Areas of Organization when needed.
Requisitos
* Background in Pharmaceutical Sciences or other Life-Health Science related areas;
* Know how in Pharma in manufacturing practices, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and/or project management is required;
* Fluency in English (oral and written);
* Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project, SAP);
* Strong time management and organization skills;
* Communication skills to develop good working relationships and to work effectively in a team environment;
* Strong analysis and problem-solving skills;
* Close attention to detail;
* Be proactive and critical.
