We are recruiting a Global Payment & Assurance Manager for one of the biggest players in the classified ads sector.If you have experience in managing payment processes and their security, feel free to apply!Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate new payment providers and Banks; Identify and resolve issues related to transaction processing by conducting ongoing analysis and troubleshooting; Lead the procedure regarding PSP integration and User Experience regarding Deposits and Withdrawals; Ongoing review and report of operational costs related to payments; Resolve escalations and issues with urgency; Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives to improve the client experience and streamline operations; Regular KPI reporting and presentations; Be the point ofcontact for Global payment service providers; Assist payment service providers with investigations and improvements; Ensure fraudulent transactions or activity are spotted and handled swiftly in order to minimize losses and mitigate repercussions; Use acquired skills to research and discover/solve fraud cases involving, but not limited to Credit card fraud, Bank Fraud, Identity theft and Phishing; Commercial experience with vendors and contracts; Fluency in English; Understanding of technical issue resolution, workflows, and systems; Familiarity with complex corporate structures; Contractual relationship directly with the client.Benefits:Join a dynamic team in an inclusive-international environment; Competitive salary and reward system; Benefit from anannual bonus; Personal training annual budget; Private Health Insurance; Enjoy 2 days ofremote work per week.#J-18808-Ljbffr
