Job Summary
As a dedicated Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and VIPs. Your primary goal is to ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their stay with us.
* Provide personalized butler services to guests and VIPs, including refreshments and transfer arrangements.
* Coordinate with various departments to meet guest needs, such as laundry, pressing, and bookings.
* Prepare and set up welcome amenities, assist with kitchen equipment, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (desired).
* At least one year of relevant experience as a butler in a luxury hotel setting.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft applications.
* Valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
