ResponsibilitiesProvide a customer-friendly service by showing interest in the customer, guaranteeing a positive relationship with the brand;Create opportunities to impress and engage with the customers, addressing all their questions and doubts;Manage customer queries about their orders and access to their accounts, payments, and stock availability.Your ProfileFamiliarity with online advertising products and social media (preferential);Basic computer skills;+1 year working in a customer support related role (preferential);Native Dutch speaker and minimum B2 English level required;Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening skills;Ability to solve customer problems;Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving SMB needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform;Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.Our OfferWork Schedule: 40 hours per week;Schedule availability: 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday;Employment contract;Remuneration: basic salary plus food subsidy;Private health insurance since day one in the company;Career progression in the project and/or company;Rest areas fully equipped for meals;Participation in events, workshops, and other activities;Excellent opportunity to work in a leading multinational company in your sector.Teleperformance PortugalTP Portugal is one of the 25 best companies to work for in Europe, according to Great Place to Work.
