Technical Support Agent
Your responsibilities and impact in this role will be:
* Consulting customers on the purchase of gamer-related products.
* Providing assistance through various channels, including telephone, email, and live chat.
* Offering expert technical support services to guide users in utilizing their products.
* Delivering efficient guidance and recommendations for purchasing products.
