Job Description
Responsibilities - your mission:
1. Ensuring the development and product quality, as well as accompaniment of continuous quality improvement in the Development.
2. Support and supervision of the product development process (PDP).
3. Implementation and management of PDP quality reviews in development projects.
4. Ensuring consistent application of policies (standards, procedures and norms) during the development process.
5. Application of quality management methods (e.g. SQCDP, DFMEA, PPS, 9S, Six-Sigma, Pareto, Five-Why, Ishikawa and Benchmarking).
6. Moderation of lessons learned workshops.
7. Accountable to collaborate and connect with multi-stakeholders to ensure Design conformity and quality Standards adherence.
8. Raise the voice of Quality in the Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) to ensure that Quality is a key driver in decision making.
9. Take ownership to deploy Quality Standard with the MFT for each development project.
10. Deliver Risk analysis and Prevention plan using Quality tools (APQP, Root Cause analysis) to resolve main product quality & maturity issues on new/incremental development projects.
11. Define adapted quality measurement, reports and analysis of Airframe non-quality items; establish previous program lessons learnt on non-quality.
12. Coordinate Engineering Design Review (e.g. Preliminary Design Review (PDR)).
13. Ensure the quality of deliverables to achieve targeted maturity; Coordinate Review securing evidences with each stakeholder's & guide panel members.
14. Follow Design review actions and support engineering where necessary to implement solutions.
15. Ensure APQP adherence and lead KBD assessment and DFMEA.
16. Advise on Quality process, propose solutions & improvements.
17. Deliver Root cause Analysis of non-Quality and propose prevention and corrective actions.
18. Find solutions to prevent DQN, modification & Non-Quality issues.
19. Raise Alert when critical deviation is detected.
Requirements - Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. A diploma/master's degree in aeronautics and engineering aerospace, mechanical engineering or in other ways acquired comparable qualification.
2. Several years of professional experience in the development of aircraft structures and/or in quality management.
3. Relevant experience with the common quality management system (ISO 9001) and methods (FMEA, APQP, PDP).
4. Analytical and systematic way of working.
5. Project management skills: understanding of the overall project management methodology, structured and organized way of working.
6. Talent for agile, reliable and fast data management as well as high resilience and assertiveness.
7. Team & communication skills.
8. Accurate work ethic.
9. Business fluent English (German desirable).
10. Experience in MS Office and G Suite.
11. Willingness to travel.
