Job Description:
* Provide primary 1st and 2nd line technical support for Software / Hardware related Incidents and Service Requests.
* Accurately log incidents and ensure all relevant data is captured, regularly update tickets logged and manage the ticket assigned to your group.
* Proactively keep users informed on an incident/request status and progress, and escalate incidents to the relevant resolver group where first contact fix is not possible.
* Adapt and keep up to date with current standard procedures and proactively maintain and develop technical knowledge.
About You:
* Strong communication skills.
* A natural problem solver with an out-of-the-box thinking approach.
* Previous experience in an IT support environment and in a similar role.
Requirements:
* Windows Operating Systems
* Application troubleshooting (Teams, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc)
* Hardware troubleshooting (desktops and laptops)
* Networking
* Remote Support
* An understanding of the ITIL framework and experience working with SLAs
* Managing the Windows Workstations Environment (Windows 10, 11, and Server as preferential)
* Applications installation/deployment
* Users and computers management (Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Manager)
* Network cable patching, Layer two network configuration experience
