Job Description: German-Speaking Customer Advisor (Web Services)
We are seeking motivated German-speaking Customer Advisors to assist customers from around the world, help them navigate their web service experience, and be a key part of a global team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
* Web Services Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of our web services, offering accurate, clear, and helpful information to customers.
* Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver personalized solutions that meet their needs.
* Communication: Communicate professionally, empathetically, and clearly with customers, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
* Collaboration: Work with colleagues across various departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer service.
* Customer Feedback: Collect valuable feedback from customers to share with us for service improvements.
* Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, solutions, and feedback in our internal systems.
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Fluent in German and at least intermediate English.
* Experience: Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Schedule:
* Rotational Shifts: Monday to Sunday, with rotational shifts within the schedule below.
* Monday to Friday: 08:00h - 18:00h.
* Saturday and Sunday: 08:00h - 17:00h.
* Days Off: Two rotational days off.
