Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Delivery Manager to join our Energy Management team. This role combines project delivery management with business analysis expertise, focusing on implementing and improving energy management solutions and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and deep understanding of energy business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage project plans, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery
2. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (internal teams and external partners) to ensure project alignment and progress
3. Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources to meet established objectives
4. Create and maintain project and process documentation, including user manuals and training guides
5. Organize and conduct training sessions for new tools and processes implementation
6. Analyze current workflows and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
7. Lead improvement projects, identify stakeholder requirements, and propose process enhancements
8. Act as Business Partner, building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
9. Ensure effective communication and expectations management
10. Understand services and technologies in use, plan and communicate changes, and define key service metrics
11. Develop and monitor service improvement plans in collaboration with service owners
Requirements:
1. Degree in Management, Information Technology, or related fields
2. Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management and Delivery Management in Energy Management
3. Strong knowledge of:
4. Energy market operations
5. Energy management operational and business processes
6. Energy management support systems (ETRM, Trading, Asset Management)
7. Experience in complex, multidisciplinary projects
8. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and other project management frameworks
9. Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster) - preferred
10. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft SharePoint)
11. Knowledge of process management methodologies (ITIL, Six Sigma, or Lean)
