Job Title: Account Executive
The Account Executive will develop the Portuguese Carrier Channel through strong engagement with the Carrier partners in their territory. You will improve Carrier partners' performance across iPhone and the entire Apple ecosystem of products and services by growing positive relationships at all levels within their organisations and understanding their focus areas, objectives, and priorities.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a yearly account plan and quarterly business reviews for each assigned Carrier partner to achieve shared goals and track progress of all partner engagements within the account.
* Conduct regular business reviews to identify gaps, opportunities, and assess progress.
* Gather, analyse, and report business results and trends to the Apple leadership team providing insightful recommendations.
* Work with key partners, internal and external, to drive demand-generation activities, identify new opportunities, coordinate fulfilment logistics, and improve the physical and digital customer experience.
* Identify sales opportunities and drive mobile business transformation by clearly and effectively delivering iOS messaging to customers.
* Represent the needs of Carrier key partners within Apple, identifying challenges and opportunities.
* Track issues or concerns and ensure they are properly addressed.
* Ensure that the Partners' sales teams are trained properly on Apple solutions and are able to deliver a premium customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 6+ years experience working in channel account management, ideally within the carrier channel building sustainable, collaborative, and trustful relationships.
* Ability to build influential relationships with carrier partners at different executive levels.
* Ability to define and communicate the Apple proposition in a persuasive, charismatic, engaging, and confident manner.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and an agile mind to successfully deliver plans that get results.
* Keen analytical ability to convert data into business intelligence while staying focused on the overall objective.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English.
