Customer Accounts Officer
We are seeking a skilled Customer Accounts Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Revenue Recognition and Accruals: Calculate and determine revenue accruals for unbilled or unreceived revenue.
* Account Reconciliations: Perform customer balance confirmations and reconcile accounts to maintain AR sub-ledger accuracy.
* AR Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed records and reports that offer insights into financial performance and potential cost-saving opportunities.
* Root Cause Analysis and Process Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis to support process enhancements and drive efficiency initiatives.
* Learning and Development: Proactively participate in training (e.g., S4 HANA) and work closely with the AR Process Area Lead to enhance technical knowledge and skill sets.
Requirements:
* Education: BSc/BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance.
* Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
* Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA ERP, proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
* Strong Understanding: Financial accounting and reporting.
