Job Description
As a Reservations Agent, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Reservation department.
Duties and Responsibilities
I will be responsible for running daily reports for the Reservation department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing. This includes processing new reservations, updating and cleaning up reservations, processing advance deposits, and answering reservations inbox emails within 24 hours.

I will also assist in all allocation of rooms, check and handle special requests and hard block rooms as needed, contact guests or travel agents to clarify any discrepancies in preferences or requests before guests' arrival, and track future room availabilities based on reservations.

Additionally, I will monitor and update the internet reservation system in coordination with respected hosts, assist in determining room rates based on the selling tactics of the resort, and assist in the management of the guest history and profile system.

Qualifications
To execute the position of Reservations Agent, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results.
* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year's experience in a similar setting
Preferred qualifications include a hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school, and proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with various hotel systems including PMS, GDS, and CRS platforms.

Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are preferred.
EU visa/work permit is required.
