LOCATION
This position works under a flexible work model and is hybrid at the Madrid EMEA office or remote in Spain.
JOB SUMMARY
You will be part of a global team that owns subscription, cloud and support renewal sales in EMEAI. You will be responsible for achieving assigned renewals goals and targets, queue management, proactive channel partner and customer engagement and development regarding all recurring revenue opportunities with the existing customer base, as well as reducing customer churn. Over time, it is expected that this role will also become involved in the global support renewal process.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Manage and develop renewals programs with key and emerging channel partners.
* Participate in a monthly renewals pipeline review.
* Discuss activities, opportunities, and issues with an immediate manager on a daily or as needed basis.
* Participate in the expired renewals sales process to reduce churn and increase sales.
* Promptly process phone, email, web form and web chat inquiries.
* Comply with subscription and support sales processes.
* Utilize Seagull's specific sales process to track all assigned opportunities and effectively manage your individual sales pipeline via SFDC.
* Engage in customer calls on key Enterprise renewals deals to facilitate the renewal execution.
* Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through the renewals process and engage inside sales to maximize the revenue opportunity.
* Proactively engage directly with customers to effectively renew MSA contacts.
* Manage customer and partner support renewals sales queues, answer customer and partner questions and facilitate orders in a timely manner.
* Conduct regular development meetings with key stakeholders to improve and increase partner & customer renewal rates and revenue.
* Meet or exceed both individual and team sales goals and quarterly targets.
* Follow-up directly with customers on a regular basis to ensure subscription, cloud & support renewals are maximized.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
* 1-2 years customer service and sales experience, preferably with a support renewals focus.
* Experience communicating with customers and partners via email, phone and chat.
* Proficiency in foreign language (German, or Italian). Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
* Good organizational habits and demonstrated attention to detail.
* Positive, team-oriented attitude.
* Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and execute, well organized, self-directed and be able to manage one's time.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Must be familiar with queue management and processing all queue items daily.
* Experience with SFDC applications, or similar CRM application and quote generation software.
* Familiarity with channel sales, value-added sales and/or distribution channels.
* Experience in inside sales and familiarity with the concept of broadline distribution and their requirements.
* Bachelor's degree in sales, business, marketing, or similar field and/or relevant experience.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
* Compensation for this full-time job is an annual base salary between €30,000 - €40,000 with the potential for an annual bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, or location.
