Electrical Solution Engineer (Experienced Professional)
About the Role:
The Electrical Solution Engineer will be part of a dynamic and proactive team that supports professional and personal skill development within a Center of Competence (CoC) covering a wide range of the electrical businesses, including:
* Protection and Synchronization System
* Excitation Systems
* Black-Start and Black-Grid-Restoration
* Energy Storage
* Special projects
A Snapshot of Your Day:
The Electrical Solution Engineer will:
1. Perform solution and system engineering of electrical projects (protection systems, generator excitation systems, and special projects) in detail, satisfying applicable international standards and customer requirements.
2. Develop detailed integrated solutions to ensure the correct interface of the individual elements as a functioning unit.
3. Define the products, components, and systems to be used and their electrical specifications.
4. Develop the basic and detail design and build project technical documentation (single-line diagrams, tripping matrix, circuit diagrams, cabinet layouts, network diagrams).
5. Perform software development using system-specific software tools (DIGSI, DIGUREG PC-Tool).
6. Conduct engineering studies such as short-circuit, power flow, and protection coordination studies with support of network planning software (PSS Sincal).
7. Perform FAT, short-term site activities such as installation supervision and on-site commissioning, and provide back-office support.
8. Participate in project technical meetings with customers and interact with customers on-site.
9. Cooperate with go-to-market and bid management preparing technical concepts and descriptions, and pre-sizing of protection and excitation systems.
