We are looking for a Customer Operations professional.
Principais responsabilidades
Manage customer orders from processing to delivery;
Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure the efficient delivery of products;
Resolve customer issues related to deliveries;
Maintain an accurate record of all transactions and communications with customers;
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and find solutions;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Logistics processes;
Stay updated on company products and services;
Comply with all company policies and regulations.
Perfil desejado
A successful Customer Operations professional should have:
A degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field;
Previous experience in Logistics or Customer Service roles;
Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English;
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently;
Proficiency in using order management software and customer databases.
