Key Responsibilities:
* Receive incoming calls from our client's customers.
* Welcome and advise customers.
* Offer personalized solutions on every call.
* Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the efficient processing of customer requests.
* Ensure the confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Requirements:
* French Native or Strong C2 + English B2
* Prior experience in customer support is a plus (but not mandatory).
What We Offer:
* Monthly salary: 930 euro (14 salaries).
* Performance Bonus: 100 euros for three first months then up to performance.
* Meal Allowance: 9 euro per day.
* Transportation reimbursement: up to 40 euro.
* Private Medical Insurance after 4 months.
* Working schedule: Monday to Saturday - rotating shifts from 7am till 7pm.
