Our client, a well-established real estate promoter, seeks a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support their growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including client follow-ups, preparation of presentations, and maintaining CRM systems.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to help plan and execute online and offline campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
* Manage customer inquiries and provide high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction.
* Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, potential leads, and competitor's activities.
* Maintain up-to-date records of sales figures and marketing campaign results, producing reports for management review.
* Coordinate events and promotional activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
* Ensure smooth communication between the sales and marketing departments to optimize workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Previous experience in a similar role within sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
* A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving capabilities.
* Fluency in English is essential.
