As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for managing potentially sensitive online content on a daily basis, ensuring a high-quality experience for millions of internet users. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant and direct impact on the quality of our client’s social media and advertising products. Content Reviewers are accountable for maintaining optimal quality and productivity standards.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate online social media, web page content, and advertising materials in accordance with client policies.
- Visually navigate and review images, videos, accounts, and text-based content.
- Use internal tools to report any violations of client policies.
- Ensure a high level of quality in each case reviewed.
- Meet weekly productivity targets as part of your daily workflow.
- Balance daily task priorities in alignment with client needs.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss findings and make ongoing recommendations.
- Occasionally support different workflows/products/markets as needed.
- While primarily focused on your designated market and workflow, you will also support the English market and assist with other markets and workflows using the Translation Tool as business needs change or fluctuate.
Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
- Possession of an EU Passport or a Portuguese work permit.
- Excellent proficiency in both Hebrew and English
Training Procedure:
The training period for the Content Reviewer position lasts for 5 days, consisting of 8 hours of instruction each day in English. Training will cover:
- Integration into the Teleperformance Portugal team.
- Training on new computer software programs.
- Comprehensive product training related to the client’s products and services.
- Customer management training for phone, email, and chat interactions.
- On-the-job training that allows for the independent application of learned content.
- Intensive training for all new employees is essential for a successful career.
Compensation:
On your first day, you will sign a preliminary contract for the first 60 working days, during which you will receive training to prepare you for the job. Upon successful completion of the training, you will then sign a 12-month employment contract. Please note that if you terminate your training early, compensation will only be provided for the days attended, and additional training-related expenses will not be reimbursed.
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week (8 hours per day plus an additional hour for lunch) on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 18:00 local business hours.
Holidays:
- As you will be supporting the Israeli market, the respective public holidays will apply. If you work on a Israeli public holiday, you will receive an extra compensatory day off, pending project approval. Holiday entitlement follows Portuguese law, providing 22 days per year.
