MISSION: "F&B Supervisor" is responsible for assist coordinating all areas of the F&B department and maintain the Hotel´s services and reputation.
Job Summary: - Develops a food and beverage operating strategy that is aligned with the brand´s business strategy and leads its execution; - Ensures that regular, on-going communication occurs in all areas of food and beverage (e.g., pre-meal briefings, staff meetings, culinary team); - Identifies opportunities to increase profits and create value by challenging existing processes, encouraging innovation and driving necessary change; - Takes ownership of a guest complaint/problem until it is resolved or it has been addressed by the appropriate manager or employee; - Follows up to ensure complaints have been addressed to the guest´s satisfaction; - Supervises all the F&B operations and outlets (e.g., breakfast presentation, cleaness…); - Complies with all corporate accounting procedures; - Provides excellent customer service.
Requirements: - Self-Driven; - Initiative and team spirit; - High skills Managing people; - Banquet, Breakfast and Hotel experience; - Hotel Experience.
Education/Professional Experience: - High School Degree or Specialized High School Degree; - 1-3 years previous experience in the function.
Linguistic Knowledge: - Good communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
