David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their teams in Porto.

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Customer support to German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
* Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
* Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
* Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
* Ability to listen actively, identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers
* Ability to take stressful situations well
* Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
* Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you)
* Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you
* Curious and persistent in solving issues
* Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
OFFER:
* Working hours: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 17:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement
* Days off: 2 days (rotative)/ 2 weekends per month (rotative)
