**Job Title:** Technical Return Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled Technical Return Supervisor to join our team in the Consumer Electronics sector.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Support the reduction of returns;
* Monitor and control the cost of technical returns;
* Manage lead time and pending returns, including contact with logistics operators;
* Contact logistics operators and service centers for pending return orders;
* Supervise outsourced Returns supporting staff;
* Oversee the operation of technical inspections at our warehouse;
* Generate reports related to technical returns activity;
* Investigate improper Dealer return charges when requested;
* Host meetings with partners and main Customers (Dealers);
* Develop and update our Policy and procedures;
* Train and transfer Policy and Procedures of the area to our Service centers;
* Improve administrative processes of the technical returns team (Root Cause Analysis);
* Validate and monitor billing services from partners;
* Review Dealer agreements;
* Support contract revisions with partners as needed;
* Test necessary implementation of new IT platforms and program changes.
**Requirements:
* Degree in management or similar, enabling preparation of metrics and KPI reports;
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel;
* Fluency in English (mandatory);
* Analytical ability.
