Are you a senior consulting leader with a passion for driving digital transformation, cloud technology, and automation in the telecom industry? Nokia Advanced Consulting Services is seeking an Engagement Lead to spearhead consulting business development, sales, and delivery for key accounts and markets across Europe & MEA. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on Cloud, Core networks, Automation and Operations consulting, ensuring successful customer transformations, and driving business growth. The role will be part of the Cloud Consulting Engagement team focused on Europe and MEA markets.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
Business Development & Sales:
1. Identify and qualify new consulting service opportunities.
2. Develop and present compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
3. Build strong relationships with CxO and Director-level executives.
4. Collaborate with Nokia sales teams to maximize customer value.
Consulting Delivery:
1. Lead consulting engagements in Core networks, Cloud, and Automation.
2. Define Cloud Native Core architectures and Cloud strategies.
3. Identify Cloud LCM automation gaps and implement industry best practices.
4. Develop cross-functional transformation plans and Target Operating Models.
5. Lead process and change management initiatives.
6. Conduct customer workshops to assess and improve operations.
7. Identify additional sales opportunities for business expansion.
Team Leadership & Coaching:
1. Lead virtual teams for successful project execution.
2. Coach internal consultants on best practices.
3. Enhance consulting offerings to meet market needs.
Thought Leadership:
1. Provide industry insights and influence key decisions.
2. Drive the evolution of ACS capabilities and portfolio.
Key Skills And Experience
1. Education: BSc in Engineering or Computer Science (MBA preferred).
2. Experience: ~20+ years in Telecom/IT OR ~10+ years in management consulting.
3. Technical Skills:
1. Strong financial acumen in Telco operations and business case development.
2. Expertise in Cloud Technologies (Kubernetes, Cloud native, AWS, GCP, Azure).
3. Expertise in Cloud Native Core and Cloud Based Automation architecture (CI/CD, Test Automation, Orchestration).
4. Deep understanding of Core Networks domain (PaCo, Voice Core, IMS Core etc.).
5. Deep knowledge of OSS/BSS, Orchestration, Network Assurance, AI Ops, 5G slicing.
6. Familiarity with TMF, ETSI, 3GPP industry standards.
Preferred Expertise:
1. Experience in Cloud Transformation, Automation, Core Networks.
2. Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs.
3. Strong ability to engage CxO and Director-level executives.
