Product Designer

We are seeking a creative and analytical Product Designer to join our team.

* Lead the design of product features from wireframing and prototyping to final visual design.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align designs with product goals.
* Maintain and contribute to the design system for consistency across all platforms.
* Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
* Stay informed on design trends and best practices to elevate the product's quality.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of product design projects.
* Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and prototyping tools (e.g., ProtoPie).
* Experience conducting user research and applying findings to improve design.
* Strong understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
* A degree in design, HCI, or a related field, with 3-5 years of product design experience.
* Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
* Strategic thinking to balance user needs and business goals.
* Proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, and design systems management.
* Strong problem-solving and user-centered design skills.
* Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively.
* Leadership qualities to mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation.
