Description
- Manage the employee life cycle in the different HR processes, namely, on boarding, off boarding, talent management and training;
- Provide HR support by answering team member's questions and responding to requests;
- Manage and maintain the necessary database/ HRIS for HR processes and employees;
- Supporting global HR projects (e.g. engagement, training or culture initiatives);
- Conducting monthly reports referring to the human resources activities.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or comparable work experience;
- Proven experience of minimum 4 years working in a similar position;
- Strong generalist experience across various HR domains (employee relations, compliance, talent management, and HR processes);
- Fluent in English;
- Proficiency in HR software and tools;
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise.
