Purpose of Position
Responsible for managing the Billing function for assigned Owner accounts, creating accurate and timely invoices, and delivering exceptional customer service to internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce complex multi-currency monthly invoices using a web-based billing system, ensuring accurate group revenue billing on time.
* Handle incoming Owner queries within 24 hours to provide outstanding customer service.
* Be knowledgeable about the NetJets program and serve as the primary point of contact for program queries from Owners, Prospects, Sales Team, Owner Services, and Contracts departments.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG OWNER RELATIONSHIPS to facilitate exceptional customer service and query resolution.
* Organize and attend meetings with Owners to resolve issues, identify needs, and build relationships.
* Provide the sales team with analysis on flight usage and billing data to support the sales process for existing Owners.
* Assist in Owner and Sales team meetings to improve communication and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with the Sales Teams, Owner Services, Credit Control, and Contracts department to address any outstanding Owner billing issues.
* Deliver timely reports and statements on billing to keep the management team informed on any billing or Owner issues.
* Support Department Leaders in completing departmental requirements for Month-end closing of billing group information.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Preferred 2 years of experience in billing or finance.
* Excellent numerical skills.
* Experience dealing with demanding clients and providing high-level customer service.
* Fluency in Business English (written and spoken) and ability to communicate in additional languages (French, Italian, Russian, or German are beneficial but not required).
* High proficiency in MS Office.
