Responsibilities
1. Responsibility and authority to ensure all customer needs are considered.
2. Manage commercial guarantee of customer: give support to main commercial activities of guarantees such us guarantee agreements, cost forecast, negotiation of technical factors and reports required by Finance.
3. Technical management of customer guarantee: manage interfaces with customer including verification of received parts, non-conformities analysis, failures analysis, customer meetings developing and implementing correcting and/or preventive actions.
4. Monitor and issue of reports: monitor customer guarantees developing, including communication of reports to all involved departments.
Required skills and experience / main competences:
5. Engineering degree or similar.
6. Fluent English level, other optional languages as a plus.
7. Quality IT programs (QSYS, GWD).
8. FMEA
9. APQP
10. Continuous improvement tools
11. SPC
12. Analysis and problem solving.
13. Negotiation skills.
14. Product and process audits.
15. Risks analysis/RFMEA.
