Key responsibilities for this role include:
1. Actively participate in the development and execution of Marketing objectives, strategic plan and tactical Plan:
2. Messages and positioning
3. Materials and actions
4. Communicate the strategic plan and Tactical Plan in an effective manner
5. Sales Meeting presentations
6. Internal and external communication, actions and follow ups.
7. Ensure accurate Forecasting
8. Manage the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, investments control )
9. Ensure activities and KPI’s tracking
10. Perform Market analysis and benchmarks
11. Manage KOLs & Customer insight (Physicians, pharmacists and patients)
12. Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
13. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry for 5 years as Brand Manager and at least 2 years of experience in cardiovascular in the Portuguese market.
14. Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, scientific field or equivalent
15. Experience with P&L control & tracking
16. Excellent written and oral communication skills and networking.
17. Excellent customer-facing communication skills
