Main Role / Responsibilities:
* Monitor the quality performance of products and processes;
* Handle all customer and central logistics complaints, ensuring the rapid implementation of corrective actions in the field in order to prevent recurrences;
* Promote the implementation of the appropriate quality tools for each of process;
* Coordinate the work of the quality control team;
* Ensure compliance with product requirements in accordance with corporate guidelines and standards;
* Coordinate product and process improvement in order to promote interdisciplinary work as a source of continuous quality improvement.
Job Requirements:
* High Degree in Engineering;
* Training in Quality Management and Quality Audits;
* Knowledge of inspection techniques and equipment;
* Experience with SAP or similar ERP system;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
* Google tools command;
* Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
