Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Admin - French Speaker (Sickness Implementation) to join our Reward Operations team in Airbus Portugal.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Receive sick leave certificates, analyze types of leave, and register them in SAP PHM.
2. Archive sick leave certificates according to GDPR data guidelines.
3. Monitor salary certificates, resolve anomalies, and ensure accurate processing.
4. Provide level 1 support to employees on sick leave topics via email and ticketing tool.
Requirements:
* Mandatory fluency in French.
* Previous experience working in Human Resources.
* Knowledge of SAP, Workday, and Google Suite.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Able to work under pressure with agreed deadlines.
* Understanding of ethics, data protection, and compliance.
* Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude in all areas.
* Versatility to work with different technical tools.
