Key Responsibilities
1. Handle a high volume of customer contacts through various channels: calls, emails, and more.
2. Investigate and troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and solutions.
3. Monitor our network of chargers to identify and resolve issues quickly.
4. Master multiple tools, applications, and knowledge bases to provide top-notch support.
5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Triage and escalate urgent issues for swift resolution.
7. Document customer contacts thoroughly and identify trends for feedback to management.
Requirements
* Languages: Fluent in Flemish, French, and English (spoken and written). Portuguese, Spanish, and Polish are a big plus.
* Empathy: You understand the user experience and handle requests with care and creativity.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adaptable to different methods.
* Proactive Spirit: You're independent, entrepreneurial, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for Sustainability: Enthusiasm for electric mobility is a huge plus.
* Location: Based in Lisbon or ready to relocate. Flexible to work rotating shifts.
