The Assistant Key Accounts Manager will support the Sales Director in growing customer Net Sales & Margins through negotiation, P&L management, and execution. The role involves managing some of our top customers, participating in dynamic projects, and developing effective Customer Plans for our brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate annual agreements with designated customers
* Produce monthly business analytics for every customer
* Support the Sales Director in deploying Annual Customer Plans
* Report monthly Sales & Promotional Activities to Marketing Managers
* Contribute to improving company processes and tools
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Negotiation and sales skills
* Financial proficiency and results-driven mindset
* High proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
* Strong analytical skills
* Willingness to learn and work in challenging environments
* Language skills (Portuguese and English)
* University Degree (business management or similar)
* Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG sector
