What You’ll Do:
* Assist Dutch & Flemish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
* Answer questions about Nespresso products, orders, and services.
* Find solutions for customer issues and aim for first-contact resolution.
* Share product recommendations and inform customers about special offers.
* Stay up to date with Nespresso’s sustainability initiatives and premium services.
What You’ll Need:
* Fluent Dutch or Flemish (spoken & written) and good English skills.
* Experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not required).
* Ability to multitask and work with digital tools in a fast-paced environment.
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to work in a 40-hour workweek on rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday, 07:00–19:00).
