Job Title: Governance Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing governance, risks, and compliance, ensuring that operations are aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing programs to ensure effective governance and risk management
* Conducting risk assessments and compliance analyses to identify areas for improvement
* Monitoring and auditing internal processes to ensure they meet regulatory requirements
* Preparing risk and compliance reports to inform business decisions
Requirements:
* Over 2 years of experience in Risk Management, Auditing, and Compliance
* Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance standards and frameworks
* Experience in risk assessment and implementation of compliance control policies and Due Diligences
* Strong communication skills
