Responsibilities:
1. Planning the overall program, monitoring the progress, and managing the budget, ensuring progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required.
2. Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors. Ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and build strong relationships.
3. Identify and monitor risks and issues associated with the program and take corrective measures including working with teams to develop solution options.
4. Provide comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and other key stakeholders as well as to governance forums.
5. Facilitate training and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the program by all users.
Qualifications:
1. 15+ years of relevant experience.
2. Experience in delivering large scale Core banking for Secured and Unsecured Loans for Retail and Commercial banking.
3. Experience in the Philippines market and with Transact implementations in similar roles is a plus.
4. Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Familiarity with project management methodologies and software.
